Visual facilitation is a method for helping a group of people to work on issues, solve problems, and make decisions. The facilitator guides the discussion and records it on large wall charts, creating a visual map of the conversation that all participants can see and interact with. Visual facilitation is appropriate for staff or executive retreats, consensus-building, planning, and other meetings or summits with specific outcomes.
This auction is for up to four hours of professional visual facilitation for your meeting by a trained specialist. In addition to up to four hours of meeting/recording time, the specialist will provide one hour of pre-meeting planning and consultation and one hour of post-meeting time to create a short summary in PDF form, including images of the charts produced during the meeting, that may be distributed to participants or other stakeholders.

I am donating my time for this auction item. The time limits specified in the description are firm. I will provide all equipment related to visual facilitation, except for 2 matching easels to support the charts, which must be provided at the meeting space. Winner of the auction must make all meeting arrangements, including location, logistics, and other considerations, as well as providing any other desired equipment (projectors, computers, and so on). The event must take place on a mutually acceptable date and must be within 90 minutes driving distance of Petaluma, California.
