When you contribute a listing, we will collect all information necessary to complete the contribution, such as information describing the Item, the designated charity or non-profit organization, and contact information and we may request additional information from you to authenticate yourself or if we believe you are violating site policies.

When you enter into a transaction in connection with the Service, such as bidding on a listing item, we will collect all information necessary to complete the transaction, including your e-mail address, name, contact information, credit card information or other payment information, and billing information.
We may also collect Personal Data, such as demographic information, from you via the Service or at other points in our website that state that Personal Data is being collected.
If you provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we may collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the e-mail or that you submit to us, in order to send you a reply.
You may elect to contribute content to the Service, such as feedback on other users. Contributed content will be stored on our servers and other users of the Service will be able to see it.

Data Collected via Technology. We collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data from you based on your use of the Service, directly and indirectly. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. Payments. To bid for a listing item through our Service or to contribute an item for listing, you must first provide your payment information to us, our partner, or a third-party service provider. Such information includes a valid credit card number and associated payment information, including all of the following: (1) your name as it appears on the card, (2) the credit card type, (3) the date of expiration of your credit card, (4) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card, and (5) billing address. You agree that no additional notice or consent is required before we (or our partners or third party service providers) invoice your credit card provided to us for all amounts payable. You will not be charged for non-winning bids. We use our partners and third-party service providers to assist with billing and payment processes. Any Personal Data you provide to such partner or third-party service provider will be subject to that partner's or third-party service provider's privacy policy and website terms of use, and not to this Privacy Policy or our terms of service.

Disclosure of Your Data

Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not generally sell, trade, share, or rent the Personal Data collected from our services to other entities. We may share your Personal Data with:

Our partner, the All This Charity Auctions Foundation, in connection with contributions of Items, payment for Items, provision of Items contributed by the Contributor to the winning Bidder, and transactions with the charity or other non-profit organization designated by the Contributor (as such terms are defined in our Terms of Service).
Bidders or contributors in connection with a winning bid to facilitate the delivery of the listing item from the contributor to the winning bidder.
The non-profit organization benefiting from the transaction if you are contributing a listing item, bidding on such item, or win a bid for such item.
Third parties under contract to perform functions on our behalf or on behalf of our merchants or our partners. Examples include sending postal mail or e-mail, analyzing data, performing quality assurance, testing, providing technical support, providing marketing assistance, verifying identity, fraud screening and providing customer service. These third parties may have access to your Personal Data only as needed to perform their functions.
Any companies that acquire our company or our assets. That company will possess the Personal Data collected by us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy. We will notify you on the Service of any change of ownership or control of your Personal Data.
While we do not have a parent company, any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control (collectively, "Affiliates"), we may in the future. We may share some or all of your Personal Data with these Affiliates, in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.

Payment Information

If you are submitting payment information through this Service, we collect your payment information for the purpose of allowing you to pay for products or services we provide you through the Service. To make any payments through the Service you will be required to give us, our partners, or our third party payment services providers valid payment account information or a valid credit card number and associated payment information at the time you are required to make such payments, including all of the following: (1) your name as it appears on the card, (2) the credit card type, (3) the date of expiration of your credit card, (4) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card, and (5) billing address. Some of our partners or third party payment services providers may require you to have an account with them and may request additional information such as your banking information. We use our partners and third-party processing companies (including credit card processing companies) to assist with billing and payment processes. Any Personal Data you provide to such third party will be subject to that third party's privacy policy and terms of use, and not to this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service.

Your Control of the Use of Your Personal Data

If you bid for a listing item, you may opt-in to have certain Personal Data shared with the non-profit organization benefiting from the transaction by changing your settings in your user profile.

Changes to Personal Data

You may change any of your Personal Data in your account by editing your user profile or by sending an e-mail to us at support@allthis.com. You may request deletion of your Personal Data by us, but please note that we may be required (by law or otherwise) to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives

A Note About Children

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We respect the privacy of parents and children and are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA").

Security

We have industry-standard security measures in place to help protect against loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, including your Personal Data.
